Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your order’s weight, size, and shipping destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our site.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
